Returns, refunds and rights of cancellation

  1. Products Required Scanning

    You shall have the right to cancel an Order only in the following circumstances:

    1. If We have failed to reach to scanning venue on this appointed date, fixed at the time of order.
    2. If We have failed to deliver the Order within 14 days after the date scanning is done.
    3. In the case of Faulty Products at the earliest opportunity after you have discovered that the fault or defect (provided that You shall be deemed to have inspected the Product as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and in no case longer than 12 working hours after receiving the product).
  2. Products made with Photo

    You shall have the right to cancel an Order only in the following circumstances:

    1. Before Your sent photo is approved by Us.
    2. If We have failed to deliver the Order within 14 days after the date photo is approved by Us.
    3. In the case of Faulty Products at the earliest opportunity after you have discovered that the fault or defect (provided that You shall be deemed to have inspected the Product as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and in no case longer than 12 working hours after receiving the product).

If an Order is cancelled under the conditions in (1)(a), (1)(b), (2)(a), (2)(b) above, We shall be responsible for all sums paid (including initial in respect of the Order in question).

In case of conditions in (1)(c), (2)(c) above, We hold the right to either replace Your product for free or refund all sums paid (including initial in respect of the Order in question). You can report to us via mail at connect@kloneworld or call at +91-842-000-8585 or sms at +91-842-000-8585, whichever is suitable to you within 12 working hours.

In case of (1), If order cancelled within 2 days of scanning date OR in the event of scanning team mobilized from office /studio OR after the scanning is performed, 20% of the order value will be forfeited and We shall be responsible to pay the remaining amount).

In case of (2), If order cancelled after the photo sent by You is Approved by Us, 20% of the order value will be forfeited and We shall be responsible to pay the remaining amount.


Order cancellation against Force Majeure

We ensure timely delivery, subject to timely approval of Klone preview by customer.
The company or the franchise will not be responsible for delays for delivery by third party or where courier delivery is involved. However, if the courier company or third party fails to deliver, Company or its franchise will assure to resolve the issue mutually within 31 days.
Kloneworld is not liable for failure to perform the party's obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service, breakdown of machines, interruption in internet services, hacking of Dynasty/Kloneworld website.
If a party asserts Force Majeure as an excuse for failure to perform the party's obligation, then the nonperforming party must prove that the party took reasonable steps to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that the party substantially fulfilled all non-excused obligations, and that the other party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence of an event described above.

Quality Issue

In the event of quality issues, we shall replace the ordered product within 15 days after necessary approval of demo from the customer. Even after replacement if the customer is not satisfied, Kloneworld shall refund the 80% of the order amount & 20% will be deducted being the processing and input charges.

All estimated dispatch times and delivery times exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.
